Heidi is a graduate of UC Santa Barbara with a degree in Business Economics. She has called Silicon Valley home for over 30 years, where she and her husband have raised two wonderful children, Ricky, a firefighter and Megan, a marketing professional.

Meet Paula - Transaction Coordinator

Paula is a licensed real estate agent and has been in the real estate industry since 2004. She has transitioned out of the real estate agent role to simplify her life and the challenges that come with balancing home and work. Paula is a very detailed oriented, organized, dedicated and highly knowledgeable individual in all aspects of the real estate world and is an expert in multi-tasking and managing several ongoing transactions in a fast-paced environment. Paula has assisted and closed over 600+/- transactions in her 4 years with Team SVS and has proven to be a great team player. Paula will always go ‘above and beyond’ to ensure a smooth and successful experience for her clients.

Meet Diana - Operations Manager

I have lived in the Bay Area most of my life and am happy to call this wonderful place my home. In 2012 I received my real estate license and began my career as a real estate agent. Through the process I learned I enjoyed the transactional portion of the job far above anything else. In 2014 I put my sales career aside and began working in an office as an Escrow Administrator. From there, I moved to corporate positions, then found my way to Golden Gate Sotheby’s International Realty in 2019. Using my extensive background in real estate transaction platforms, I now work independently with agents and teams as an Operations Manager. I have known Heidi since the beginning of my career and am thrilled to be working alongside her now.

Meet Lea – Assistant

The Bay Area has been my home from childhood. I have lived in Sunnyvale, Thousand Oaks, Campbell and Willow Glen. I graduated from San Jose State and had a long career with Nordstrom and a Tech company in the Valley. With my husband Mike, we have raised two amazing boys who attended Mitty High School. My oldest son Christopher is currently at Saint Mary’s College and my youngest son Matthew at San Diego State. I live in an idyllic neighborhood in Willow Glen where I have helped many neighbors update their homes. I’ve used my skills to help with home sale preparation and successfully prepared my family home for sale with Heidi. I have a passion for design and am very detail oriented. I enjoy hosting open houses and meeting the many potential buyers who are searching in this complex real estate market. I am proud to work with Heidi and enjoy working with our team.
