Since then Heidi has helped us buy our current home and also sell the first condo. Our experience with working with Heidi has been absolutely wonderful. She would tour all the listings that we want to look at and always provide valuable insight about the asking price for those listings and what a winning offer would look like. Many times she would also go tour listings (that we have an interest in) on her own beforehand to give us early insight into the neighborhood, if the house has a favorable layout, whether it is next to a busy street, etc. This has helped us narrow down and quickly tour houses that are more likely to fit our needs.
